Details
Effective bactericidal and local antiseptic with analgesic action. For local application in ear, nose, throat and gums. NOTE: NOT TO BE USED FOR THE EYES.
Composition
Each 100 g oil contains:
- Eucalyptus Oil – 1.14 gm
- Camphor – 0.23 gm
- Vegetable oil base – q.s.
- Preservative: Phenol
Indications
Used in infections of the mouth and throat, including tonsillitis and pharyngitis. Also indicated in infections of the gums and buccal mucous membrane, dental caries, as ear or nasal drops, and for application on infected wounds and abscesses.
Dosage
Every 3 hours using a pledget of cotton wool.
As a drop: 1–2 drops every 2–3 hours.
As a dressing: Apply cotton packs soaked in the oil every 4 hours.
Store in a cool place, away from light. Shake well before use.

Additional Information
For halitosis (bad breath), dental caries or pyorrhoea: Add a couple of drops of Entrops to a few grams of medicated tooth powder. Massage onto the teeth and gums. Leave for 5–10 minutes, then spit out and rinse. Repeat twice daily.
