Entrops® 50 ml

Effective bactericidal and local antiseptic with analgesic action. For local application in ear, nose, throat and gums. NOTE: NOT TO BE USED FOR THE EYES.

Composition

Each 100 g oil contains:

• Eucalyptus Oil – 1.14 gm
• Camphor – 0.23 gm
• Vegetable oil base – q.s.
• Preservative: Phenol

Indications

In infections of the mouth and throat, including tonsillitis and pharyngitis. In infections of the gums and buccal mucous membrane, and in dental caries. As a drop in the ear or nose. As an application in infected wounds and abscesses.

Dosage

Every 3 hours using a pledget of cotton wool.

As a drop: 1–2 drops every 2–3 hours.

As a dressing: Cotton packs soaked in the oil may be applied every 4 hours.

Store in a cool place, away from light. Shake well before use.

Additional Information

For halitosis (bad breath), dental caries or pyorrhoea, add a couple of drops of Entrops to a few grams of medicated tooth powder. Massage onto teeth and gums. Allow it to remain in the mouth for 5–10 minutes, then spit out. Rinse mouth with water. Repeat twice a day.
