Composition

Each 100 g powder contains:

• Shatawari extract derived from:
• Shatawari Root (Asparagus racemosus) – 40 g
• Badam Fruit (Prunus amygdalus) – 10 g
• Khajura Fruit (Phoenix dactylifera) – 15 g
• Kesar Stigma (Crocus sativus) – 25 mg

Indications

• May be used as a protein supplement by men or women trying to put on weight.
• In nursing mothers, it acts as an excellent mammogenic and galactagogue.

Dosage

2 teaspoonfuls of powder mixed in a cup of milk or water, taken twice daily.
