Desma® 10x10 Tabs

A combination of Ayurvedic drugs for relief in asthma. Also used as an expectorant in cough.

Composition

Each uncoated tablet contains:

• Vasaka (Adhatoda vasica) – 40 mg
• Huma (Ephedra gerardiana) – 130 mg
• Dudhi (Euphorbia pilulifera) – 40 mg
• Nala Extract (Lobelia nicotianaefolia) – 4 mg
• Senega Extract (Polygala chinensis) – 10 mg
• Kakarasinghi (Rhus succedanea) – 49 mg
• Kantakari (Solanum jacquinii) – 49 mg
• Balatagra (Valeriana wallichi) – 39 mg

Indications

• To prevent an attack of asthma.
• Treatment of asthma, chronic cough, coughs following respiratory infections, common cold, bronchitis, etc.

Dosage

Adults: 1 to 2 tablets, 3 or 4 times a day.

Children: 1/2 to 1 tablet every 4 hours.

Additional Information

In asthma, Albo-Sang and Iobine are given together with Desma to strengthen the immune system. Iobine should not be taken by patients with Sulphur allergy.
