Shatawari Root (Asparagus racemosus) 40 gm
Badam Fruit (Prunus amygdalus) 10 gm
Khajura Fruit (Phoenix dactylifera) 15 gm
Kesar stigma (Crocus sativus) 25 mg

Indications:

• In nursing mothers, it acts as an excellent mammogenic and a galactagouge. 

Dosage

2 teaspoonful of powder to be mixed in a cup of milk or water and taken twice daily.
