Composition
Each tablet contains
Ashwagandha extract (Withania somnifera) 225 mg
Mandookaparni extract (Centella asiatica) 100 mg
Brahmi extract (Bacopa monniera) 125 mg
Shuddha Shilajith 60 mg
Indications:
In senile debility, wasting disorders, as tonic in old age, as antioxidant, as anti stress, as adaptogen, and in associated symptoms of ageing such as:
- Changes in mood and cognitive functions.
- Impaired quality of life.
- In failing memory.
- Insomnia.

Dosage
Two tablets per day, one each before breakfast and after lunch.
